Meet Our Coaches


We offer two training programs for new and current runners looking to start or improve their running goals in a friendly  group environment. These programs  occur approximately four times a year and are run by our various coaches who have many levels of experience in running and in creating a healthy, progressive plan tailored to the individuals needs.
