Training Description
Whether you want to get into shape, improve your current fitness level, set a personal record, or just lead a healthy lifestyle, our goal is to help you achieve your goals! The training is designed to get you to the point where you can run 30-45 minutes (a 5K distance - 3 miles) at a comfortable, relaxed pace. It's a simple, progressive program that begins with more walking than running, and gradually evolves into more running than walking.

Training Benefits
This program offers: A profession, personalized training program, tailored to your goals and fitness level. Group workouts that meet at a consistent place twice per week. Experienced and knowledgeable coaches to offer guidance and answer questions about injuries, equipment, and training and to provide assistance, consistent pacing, and motivation. A group of like-minded runners to provide support and accountability. Complimentary technical tee if registered by the first day of the training.
