Well Thanksgiving has come and gone, (yes, it really is December!) and the Holiday season has official started but there’s no reason to wait till the new year to completely forget your nutrition needs! With all the parties, events, get-togethers, end of year projects, kids school programs, end of year projects and home prep, remember to pencil in some “you” time and enjoy all the fun, friends and family.
But, as with your running (or your budding renewed interest in fitness), just like you have to have a plan to reach your mileage for race day, you also can plan to have fun AND keep all your calorie Ho Ho Ho’s from turning into No NO NOOO’s!
